Our Mission

At Sunrise ABA, our mission is to empower each child’s unique potential through compassionate, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We partner with families to support meaningful growth in communication, independence, and connection, meeting learners where they are and honoring who they are.

Get Started

To get started, follow the simple intake process below:

  • Click “Get Started” and complete our Intake Questionnaire. This helps us gather initial information about your child, your family’s needs, and your preferred service schedule. Once submitted, a member of our intake team will review your information and reach out to schedule your intake call.

  • During the intake call, an Intake Coordinator will complete a behavioral prescreener with you. This conversation helps us better understand your child’s current skills, challenges, and goals. We will also discuss service options and determine whether we are a good match for services.

  • Our team will verify your insurance benefits and eligibility for ABA services. You may be asked to provide documentation such as a diagnostic report, prescription for ABA therapy, and insurance information. Once benefits are confirmed, we can move forward with scheduling an assessment.

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will complete an assessment to better understand your child’s skills and needs. This may include a functional behavior assessment and skill-based assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or PEAK.

  • After the assessment is complete and services are authorized by your insurance, therapy begins. Your BCBA will create an individualized treatment plan designed to build skills, support development, and address challenging behaviors.
